Director, Corporate FP&A & Fleet Controlling
About the role
You will lead a high-impact finance function responsible for Corporate FP&A and Fleet Controlling across North America, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across all PCI cost lines.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrity of every PCI cost line through your team, directly manage Fixed Fleet Costs, and co-lead the forecasting and budgeting process alongside the VP of FP&A.
- Partner with executive leadership, Fleet, Revenue Management, Accounting, and Group Controlling to deliver decision-ready financial insights that drive profitability and support SIXT's long-term growth strategy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three FP&A Analysts, establishing consistent analytical standards, accountability, and professional growth across the function.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial models, reporting processes, and decision-support tools while helping advance SIXT's long-term EBT margin objectives.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
You bring at least eight years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Controlling, including direct leadership of finance professionals.
You have demonstrated success leading forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and executive-level business planning in a complex organization.
You possess exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business recommendations for executive leadership.
You are highly proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling, with experience using ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle SQL, AWS Athena, QuickSight, Qlik, or similar platforms preferred.

You are fluent in English, with German language skills considered a strong advantage.
