Director, Corporate Counsel, Employment Law Investigations & Counseling

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of employee and third-party complaints
• Provide legal counsel on daily employment law issues for internal clients
• Collaborate with Employee Relations to ensure policy compliance
• Affiliate in creating and distributing employment law alerts
• Engage in special projects relevant to employment law as needed

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with 5+ years in employment law investigations
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Proficient in analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills
• High initiative and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with artificial intelligence in employment contexts preferred
