Director, Content Collections

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Content Collections to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a global content portfolio, shaping how content is prioritized, governed, and delivered across a multi-product environment. You will partner closely with Product, operations, and engineering teams to improve content quality, readiness, and data integrity while supporting strategic market execution. The position also requires strong team leadership, executive communication, and the ability to balance investment decisions across jurisdictions and business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $164,000 – $246,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Content Managers to enhance content strategy and execution Define and own the global collection portfolio, prioritizing investment decisions strategically Establish governance over content quality and its presentation in various products Set global standards for data integrity and content processing with measurable quality thresholds Collaborate with Product teams to align content readiness with market strategies Consolidate demand from Content Managers into a prioritized action list for efficient operations Engage with executive leadership to present portfolio health and investment cases Qualifications 10+ years in legal publishing or content leadership, with 3+ years managing teams Proven ability to manage a multi-market or multi-product content portfolio with budget authority Experience working collaboratively with operations and engineering teams In-depth knowledge of at least one major legal system, with genuine multi-jurisdiction experience preferred Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content workflows in a production setting Established credibility with enterprise buyers and analysts across multiple jurisdictions Benefits Competitive pay with top-tier health, dental, and vision benefits Flexible time-off policy of 20 days per year Annual counseling benefit of $2,000 to support mental health Retirement savings plans with matching contributions Recognition program for long-term employees at key service anniversaries Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
