Director, Consult Growth – Enablement + GTM
About the role
Lead and guide dynamic consulting projects involving strategic planning, organizational restructuring, and effective management to optimize business efficiencies. Collaborate with senior management at customer organizations, analyze their businesses, and provide innovative recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Analyze the customer's current business operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and drive lasting change.
- Develop comprehensive strategies and action plans that drive transformative results.
- Monitor the progress of implemented strategies and measure their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting or a related field.
- Background in Business Analytics.
- Skilled in gathering and synthesizing data, conducting market research, and developing actionable insights and recommendations.
- A deep understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
