About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance competitive intelligence monitoring and communication for products and pipeline programs
- Collaborate with Insights Leads to integrate CI with broader strategic initiatives
- Identify strategic questions and design intelligence frameworks for global program teams
- Evaluate competitive threats and opportunities alongside Commercial Strategy and Marketing teams
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready competitive narratives
- Establish KPIs for competitive monitoring and conduct market share analysis
- Develop partnerships with regional teams to align insights with commercial strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry relevant to competitive intelligence, market research, or analytics
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex data into executive narratives
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess competitive threats and opportunities
- Curiosity and a drive to understand market trends and dynamics
- Experience in respiratory, specialty, or rare disease contexts preferred
Pay
$177,000 – $242,000 annually
