Director, Commercial Supply Chain Consulting

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives for various industries
• Assess current operating models and identify improvement opportunities with data-driven frameworks
• Design future-state supply chain architectures using advanced technologies
• Advise executives on supply chain modernization and regulatory alignment
• Build business cases that quantify financial impact and performance improvements
• Optimize supply chain strategies tailored to specific operating environments
• Implement procurement and category management initiatives across various sectors

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or large-scale transformation roles
• Prior experience in a consulting firm or equivalent internal consulting role at the Manager or Director level
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations across complex operating environments
• Proven ability to assess operating models and identify performance gaps
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
