Duties/Responsibilities

  • Build the Revenue Engine: Develop our first sophisticated, patient-based "top-down/bottom-up" revenue models.
  • Leverage FP&A planning for the Commercial build-out.
  • Establish the initial FP&A model and forecasting framework for rebates, chargebacks, and co-pay assistance—critical for our first reported earnings.
  • Partner with the Access team to model scenarios for payer contracting, Medicaid/Medicare mandates, and 340B impact.
  • Provide the C-suite with clear visibility into revenue projections vs. actuals to ensure insights to help drive sales performance.

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience/Requirements

  • Experience: 8–12 years in Finance/Accounting, with a heavy emphasis on Biotech Launch Readiness. You’ve seen a drug go from Phase III to the shelf.
  • The "Startup" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy building your own spreadsheets and processes from scratch.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of US drug pricing, the buy-and-bill vs. specialty pharmacy models, and GTN accrual methodology.
  • Influence: The ability to push back on Commercial leadership with data-driven insights to ensure spend is disciplined and ROI-focused.
