The Director of Finance will lead the FP&A function at Everlane, supporting the company's growth and providing financial and operational insights to drive business results.

Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and reporting cycles
- Manage the overall Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Innovate and improve cross-functional financial planning processes, reporting standards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide decision-support to business partners across the company on key financial and operational topics through data analysis and business understanding
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to generate business insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Responsible for Board and Parent Group updates and Financial Management Reporting
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A, preferably with roles in large, well-run public companies and smaller, high-growth companies
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer sectors
- Understanding of Customer Analytics and Digital Marketing
- Technical capability and hands-on willingness to build complex financial models and conduct detailed data analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track-record for building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven success in leading financial planning and analysis teams
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools

Pay
$128,000 - $171,000 annually
Schedule
This is a full-time virtual role, with a preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area. The position is partially remote, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays. Remote candidates may also be considered.
