Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client relationships by building strong rapport and understanding their unique needs and strategic goals, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver customized solutions that effectively address client requirements and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities by leveraging market insights and client feedback to ensure competitiveness and responsiveness to industry trends.
  • Track revenue against forecasts to provide an accurate performance representation, facilitating alignment with growth targets and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills and demonstrate agility to address client challenges and swiftly pivot in response to changing market conditions, developing innovative strategies and solutions that enhance client satisfaction and improve retention rates while ensuring the organization remains adaptable and proactive.
  • Lead workshops to gather business requirements, challenge working group members on solution implementation, and collaborate with project and product development teams to design effective solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory compliance across various customer segments.
  • Explore ways to incorporate the latest technology and AI components to evaluate new and innovative solutions that address customer challenges across the client lifecycle and document solution processes.
  • Manage existing technology solution strategy as well as evolve and identify how and why the product should evolve to meet both client and industry needs.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a product growth role within the financial services industry or software company, as well as clear understanding of product management framework.
  • Hands-on experience with document management solutions, such as OCR, data extraction, LLMs, Natural Language Search capabilities, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and client feedback for informed strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through a track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to lead projects effectively and drive results in a collaborative environment.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $174,402 to $193,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
