Director, Clinical Training

For our client, we are seeking a Director Clinical Training to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $118,400 – $219,000 annually Responsibilities Direct and oversee all training activities including assessment and material development Develop initiatives for technical, business, and cultural learning Conduct gap analysis to identify organizational effectiveness issues Collaborate with management to create relevant training programs Coordinate training efforts to meet demands across the organization Manage online training initiatives from development to facilitation Analyze training effectiveness and provide management with reports and recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of training experience, ideally in managed care or insurance Familiarity with computer-based training tools and technology-based training platforms Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning styles Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and ROI Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance options 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement for continued education Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work schedule options including remote and hybrid arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
