About the role

The Director of Clinical Training for Adult Mental Health Recovery Services (CLS) at Riverside Community Care is responsible for developing and implementing training plans and curricula on evidenced-based practices and model-specific topics. The role aims to foster a culture of learning within the CLS division to enhance and maintain the effectiveness of the team's service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training plans and curricula on evidenced-based practices and model-specific topics for the CLS division.
  • Deliver trainings/discussions often independently (without co-facilitation) in a variety of settings, or seek outside assistance as needed and approved by Division Leadership.
  • Inviting other non-clinical programs from the CLS division (such as Clubhouses, Regional Employment Collaboratives) to scheduled trainings that are relevant for all staff in our division.

Requirements

  • Must be available to deliver trainings on an as-needed basis during regular weekday working hours.
  • Must be comfortable facilitating conversations virtually and in-person.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to utilize PowerPoint presentations, stream video content, and troubleshoot tech challenges in remote training locations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of Leadership, staff, clients, and DMH funders.
  • Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree required with a clinical background in behavioral health; (LPHA Required).
  • Minimum three years’ experience working in community behavioral health setting.

$85,000/year

Full Time, 40 hours
