About the role

The Director, Clinical Science – Oncology will lead clinical development activities for Lantheus's radiopharmaceutical oncology pipeline. Key responsibilities include:

• Protocol design
• CRO oversight
• Cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, biostatistics, and medical affairs teams
• Supporting IND-through-registration program execution

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in oncology
• Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Qualifications for this role include:

• MD or PhD in a relevant field
• Experience with clinical trials and regulatory processes
• Knowledge of oncology drug development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
