Director, Clinical Programs
About the role
The Director, of Clinical Strategy Field Adoption will play an integral role in developing the strategic training and adoption plan and roadmap for clinical initiatives being deployed to the field teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on a clinical initiative field adoption roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy
- Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the training and education team, the learning and development team, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, the marketing, and ATC lane to ensure high impact initiatives, deployment and ongoing field adoption
- Develop and maintain field manager and leadership management processes to support ongoing adoption of clinical strategy and assess and address impact on capacity for new clinical initiatives
- Provide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations. Work directly with your managers to create a sustained culture which drives patient safety, compliance, and outcomes
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / healthcare management, or similar
- Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) with 3+ years post-graduate experience
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field
- Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00/year.
