This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only
Responsibilities
- Own the performance trajectory of clinical pharmacy Star measures and forecast their trajectories
- Serve as the authoritative clinical voice, tracking regulatory changes and implications
- Position the organization proactively by tracking upcoming measures and building operational capabilities in advance
- Design strategies for 5-Star performance and innovate to eliminate member friction points
- Manage cross-functional execution, implementing solutions to improve clinical outcomes effectively
- Maintain awareness of vendor capabilities and discern when to build or buy solutions
- Foster servant leadership by enabling teams and translating complex goals into actionable tasks
Qualifications
- PharmD or equivalent clinical degree required for clinical credibility
- 7+ years of leadership experience in managed care, health plans, or PBMs with focus on Medicare programs
- Proven ability to drive clinical pharmacy Stars measures in changing environments
- Strong execution instincts; a self-starter willing to dive deep into details
- Advanced analytical skills to identify root causes of non-adherence and design interventions
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership; ability to influence outcomes across diverse organizational levels
Pay
$182,000 – $247,000 annually
