Director, Clinical Operations (Hybrid in East Hartford, CT)

About the role

Hybrid position in East Hartford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for outpatient imaging centers, modalities, and call centers, optimizing staffing, equipment utilization, and site occupancy.
• Mentor and lead Clinical Managers and support teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and professional growth.
• Manage departmental budgets, analyze monthly variance reports, and implement cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards while overseeing comprehensive quality, safety, and risk programs.
• Partner with executive leadership, physician committees, and external vendors to align operational workflows with long-term organizational goals.
• Collaborate with IT and PACS/RIS teams to ensure optimal system performance and evaluate new medical technologies and equipment.
• Drive patient and physician satisfaction through targeted marketing, branding initiatives, and strategic community outreach.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $155,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
