Director, Clinical Insights

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project workflows for clinical insight offerings
• Act as clinical liaison between pharmaceutical sponsors and stakeholders
• Provide clinical expertise in Clinical Insights offerings
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
• Create discussion guides in collaboration with sponsors and moderate engagements
• Lead development and delivery of final reports and presentations
• Collaborate with business development leads to identify opportunities

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical oncology or a related specialty; experience in pharma/consulting preferred
• Additional specialty certification is highly desired
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record
• Excellent communication skills across various formats are essential

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
