Director, Medical Insights

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Medical Insights strategies in accordance with MEI and Medical Affairs
• Ensure consistent Medical Insights approaches for quality and scalability across the team
• Participate in governance forums for roadmap and progress alignment
• Identify and prioritize opportunities within the Medical Insights lifecycle
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for Medical Insights tools
• Evaluate analytics and AI capabilities ensuring scientific compliance and relevance
• Earn insights into critical medical processes for informed decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field, with 8+ years experience; 7+ with Masters; 5+ with PharmD/PhD
• Experience in Medical Affairs or related functions, with strong understanding of insights generation and application
• 3+ years experience in data analysis and interpretation, supporting medical decision-making
• Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and influence without formal authority
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
