Director, Clinical FSP Delivery

The Director, Clinical FSP Delivery role is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced clinical research professional. This is a fully remote position based in Brazil.

About the role

You will oversee complex Functional Service Provider (FSP) delivery models, strengthen client relationships, and ensure high-quality execution across clinical programs. You will act as a strategic partner for key customers, leading governance, growth initiatives, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience within healthcare, clinical research, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex FSP partnerships, client accounts, or strategic clinical service delivery programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop tailored operating models, solve complex business challenges, and translate strategy into execution.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing financial performance, contracts, and service delivery outcomes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence within matrix organizations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and travel approximately 20-40% as required.
