Director, Clinical Engineering Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership support for critical Site Manager and Director vacancies.
• Assignments will vary depending upon the needs of the business.
• On assignment, manage and provide leadership for all associates reporting to this vacant position.
• Serve as the primary client interface for the Sites/Customers assigned to this vacant Site Manager or Director position.
• Ensure TRIMEDX meets its obligations under the prevailing agreement with these customers.
• Ensure that TRIMEDX is meeting all internal Goals, Objectives, KPIs for the sites/customers assigned to this vacant Site Manager or Director position.
• Report to the supervisor who has responsibility for the vacant position.
• Ensure that the assigned sites/customers are meeting the financial budget and taking decisive action steps to deliver on the financial goals for the assigned sites/customers.
• Ensure all assigned sites/customers are compliant with prevailing regulatory requirements and TRIMEDX MEMP, and Policies and Procedures.
• Lead projects and initiatives assigned to them by the President, Clinical Engineering Services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing financials, contracts, costing, and equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or technological related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing in a clinical engineering environment.
