Director, Client Solutions | Remote, Denver & Rocky Mountain

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Client Solutions | Remote, Denver & Rocky Mountain to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide regional client solutions efforts across a complex IT security environment, partnering closely with Sales leadership to shape execution, resource needs, and account strategies. The position is focused on aligning strategic planning with market priorities, supporting quota attainment, and ensuring the team has the structure and support needed to deliver results. It also includes developing technical talent, communicating business updates to senior leaders, and helping drive profitable growth across the region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $157,000 – $213,000 annually Responsibilities Participate in strategic planning sessions with Sales Management Communicate regional sales plans to employees Identify necessary resources and propose budgets to Senior Management Update Senior Management on key business issues and changes Select and develop personnel to achieve departmental goals Guide strategic and project initiatives related to sales Partner with Sales to meet quota objectives and develop account plans Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years' experience in IT security pre-sales or post-sales 5+ years in security including firewall, data loss prevention, and web security Knowledge of compliance requirements, including PCI, GLBA, SOX, and HIPAA Proven experience managing technical personnel Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Benefits Employee Resource Groups promoting inclusivity Emphasis on work/life balance Access to professional training resources Opportunities for creative problem-solving on complex projects Volunteer opportunities through a company community initiative Ability to work remotely with necessary technology support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
