About the role

Our Client Services team is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple locations. We are seeking a Director to lead our Client Services efforts in one of our major markets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Client Services team
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Services or related field
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (locations vary)
