About the role
Our Client Services team is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple locations. We are seeking a Director to lead our Client Services efforts in one of our key markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Client Services teams in assigned market
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a client-facing role
- Experience managing teams in a remote or distributed environment
- Strong understanding of client service best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client services or a similar role
- Experience in a leadership capacity preferred
