Director, Client Coding Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of client coding integrations from onboarding to stabilization
• Act as the main contact for clients and internal coding teams to align workflows
• Support initiatives for better provider documentation and coding accuracy
• Monitor key coding performance metrics and create action improvement plans
• Collaborate with various teams to uphold enterprise coding standards
• Conduct analyses on performance to identify and solve issues
• Promote the use of enterprise tools and workflows in client environments
• Resolve systemic performance issues with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in related fields
• 7+ years in leadership roles within coding or revenue cycle operations
• Expertise in coding, documentation integrity, and compliance
• Experience in managing client integrations and large-scale initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of coding quality metrics and regulatory requirements
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of performance improvement through data analysis

Pay

$121,680 – $182,520 annually
