Job Summary
The Director, Chains will lead Pernod Ricard’s enterprise-level partnerships with key On-Premise chain customers, driving sustainable growth and strengthening brand presence across priority channels. This role is accountable for shaping and executing strategic account plans, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared commercial objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and sustain strong, senior-level relationships with key chain partners to drive mutual, long-term success.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align customer priorities with Pernod Ricard’s commercial and brand objectives.
- Leverage market intelligence, category insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
- Establish and utilize robust KPI reporting to track performance, assess progress against goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to enhance product offerings, activation, and service delivery.
- Own and manage account-related budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and disciplined financial stewardship.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment and accelerate revenue growth.
- Conduct regular financial and business reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Clearly communicate account strategies, priorities, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage customers to deeply understand their objectives, needs, and expectations, ensuring alignment with Pernod Ricard’s values and standards.
- Promote a culture of transparency, alignment, and shared purpose across teams and leadership levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management or business development roles within beverage alcohol, consumer goods, or a comparable industry.
- Proven experience leading strategic chain or enterprise-level customer partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop account strategies, and deliver measurable commercial results.
