Director, Carline Program Management - Autonomous Vehicles

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of L4 Robotaxi program from concept to mass production
• Set execution plans for carline PM team and coordinate with relevant teams
• Oversee product planning including data collection and customer management
• Drive issue resolution across software and hardware work streams
• Improve execution processes for development speed and delivery reliability
• Maintain continuous communication with customers to adapt to their needs

Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in software and hardware platforms
• 8+ years of leadership experience
• Proven self-starter with a positive attitude
• Experience in software development environments
• Demonstrated success in launching L4 Robotaxi products
