About the role

The Autonomous Vehicles Product/Program Management team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development of new autonomous driving features. We are a leading artificial intelligence computing company pioneering innovations in gaming, visualization, supercomputing, and self-driving cars.

Responsibilities

  • Leading automotive software development across multiple engineering teams related to ADAS/Autonomy features.
  • Working with engineering leads to define product and roadmaps, develop schedules, and drive the execution and tracking of these across the organization.
  • Collaborating with program managers and engineering managers to coordinate release content and efforts.
  • Establishing metrics to assess and improve product quality and execution.
  • Regularly communicating program status and key issues to management and multi-functional teams within the organization.

Requirements

  • A BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Proven experience in automotive, robotics, and/or AI.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate on global projects across large organizations.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the planning and execution of complex software engineering projects and new products or features to users.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end development of ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and/or machine learning.
  • Experience with Jira and/or JAMA, guiding engineering teams on tool usage.
  • Experience with start-ups and/or early-stage products.

Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of the autonomous driving software stack.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical challenges affecting scope, schedule, and quality.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $168,000 - $258,750 for Level 4, and $200,000 - $322,000 for Level 5.
  • Eligibility for equity and benefits.

Pay

  • Base salary determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
