Director, Care Delivery Innovation

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for redesigning acute care models
• Lead collaborations with IT, physicians, and support teams to enhance care delivery
• Translate tech-driven operational efficiencies into practical workflows
• Ensure alignment and synergy across innovation and transformation efforts
• Provide strategic thought leadership while executing care delivery initiatives
• Monitor implementation plans and performance metrics for acute care changes
• Leverage knowledge of clinical workflows to promote technology adoption

Requirements

• Master's degree in MBA, MHA, or a healthcare-related field
• 5-10 years in Healthcare & Clinical Operations Leadership
• Demonstrated experience in transformation and innovation within acute care settings
• Strong collaborative skills for working across diverse teams
• Proficient in change management methodologies and practices
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication abilities
• Ability to manage project budgets and assess ROI effectively

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
