Director, Capital Project Delivery

Responsibilities

• Direct team and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Prepare executive updates on project status including cost and timeline
• Review project plans to identify potential challenges and opportunities
• Make key decisions for options presented by project managers
• Oversee facility assessments and develop improvement plans
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex problems
• Collaborate with procurement on contract reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in construction management or related projects
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
• 4+ years managing third-party contracts
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Expertise in project management processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pay

• $127,310 – $229,160 annually
