Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Head of Capital Markets and C-Suite to translate market trends into actionable product/lending strategies.
- Lead the automation of recurring investor reporting workflows, moving away from manual spreadsheets toward scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Cook with internal constituents, bankers, lawyers, rating agencies, and investors to structure new financing facilities and modify existing ones as the business requires.

- Work within the organization to respond to requests from rating agencies, lenders, investors, and auditors.
- Develop relationships with current and prospective lenders by attending industry conferences.
- Automate departmental processes to increase efficiencies and decrease errors.
- Provide high-value analysis and insight to Concora Credit management, outside vendors, investment partners, and/or consultants.
- Provide analytical support for financial audits.
- Monitor ABS market and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Must possess strong communication skills, extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking ability.
- Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team.
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.
- 8+ years in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, or FinTech; with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or "lead analyst" capacity.
- Knowledgeable of cash management functions, and an understanding of finance and accounting principles is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, securitization, ABL lending, fintech, or servicing preferred.
- Familiarity with financial services and credit card industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Math.
- Advanced quantitative skills, including the ability to extract and manipulate data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA and SQL querying.
- Ability to create and modify presentations using PowerPoint.
