About the role

This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and establish the new campaign marketing team's operating model and priorities
  • Lead and develop a consolidated team focused on campaign marketing and paid media strategy
  • Plan and execute integrated demand campaigns aligning with product growth initiatives
  • Align marketing strategies with broader business goals for effective demand generation
  • Direct the use of 6Sense for buying group identification and transition to account-based qualification
  • Manage the paid media budget ensuring accountability for efficiency and pipeline growth
  • Oversee agency relationships, ensuring clear standards and performance expectations are set

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in B2B campaign or demand marketing, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven ability to own and grow a measurable pipeline number
  • Familiarity with MQL waterfall and buying-group qualified account models
  • Hands-on experience with 6Sense or similar intent and orchestration platforms
  • Direct management of paid media strategy across various digital channels
  • Experience with agency management in creative and media sectors
  • Demonstrated process design and measurement within cross-team executions
  • Adaptable in high-change environments, with strong collaboration skills
  • Preference for candidates with enterprise software or technology sector experience

Pay

$176,700 – $265,100 annually
