Director, Business Systems Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technology delivery team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and staff development
• Optimize the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process and drive a roadmap for core enterprise applications
• Implement strategic AI and automation initiatives within the enterprise ecosystem
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure alignment with performance success criteria
• Collaborate with Systems leadership and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Ensure data integrity across enterprise systems by working with the data team
• Continuously improve operational processes to enhance execution and output quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business systems development leadership experience, focusing on two of the Core 4 platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Boomi)
• Experience managing the evolution of complex SaaS ecosystems with a focus on scaling and optimization
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a strong delivery velocity and stability philosophy
• Extensive experience in managing external consultant teams and staff augmentation strategies
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Deep understanding of middleware and integration patterns for data integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
