Director, Business Process Transformation
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Director, Business Process Transformation who will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing the establishment of Excelitas best practices across Finance, Manufacturing and Operations processes.
This role will lead a cross-functional team in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and ensuring process consistency and efficiency with the goal of improving scrap / yield metrics, driving improved OTD / OTP and implementing automated ERP processes to simplify operations.
The Business Process Transformation Leader will lead the team in developing a formal set of Excelitas best practices, fixing and enhancing operational and financial processes and ensuring master data supports further improvements in plant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Work with core teams (local, SME and IT) to identify ineffective processes
- Ensure solutions are designed, implemented with tangible benefits realized
- Build and Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects and change management.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Formalize an organizational strategy with the goal of ERP consolidation onto a global template
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or operations leadership.
- Good working knowledge in SAP, at least 1 core module (FI, CO, MM, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools and data analysis software.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative environment.
