Director, Business Process Improvement

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Business Process Improvement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will shape an enterprise-wide process improvement capability that strengthens operational performance across the organization. The role will partner closely with senior leaders and business teams to identify breakdowns, design practical solutions, and build sustainable improvement frameworks. It is a highly visible opportunity to drive measurable efficiency gains and create tools and governance that support continuous improvement at scale.
