The Director, Business Development Strategy plays a leadership role in HWP’s new business efforts by owning and advancing a meaningful portion of the sales pipeline. This role is focused on driving both existing-client expansion and new-client opportunities, with responsibility for prospecting, opportunity development, qualification, pursuit strategy, and progressing deals through close. Operating under the direction of the EVP, Business Development & Growth Strategy, the Director independently leads assigned opportunities, plays a central role in pitches and proposals, and partners with senior leaders across the organization to develop solutions for prospective clients. The Director is accountable for achieving a defined individual sales target tied to HWP’s overall growth goals and contributes to the development and execution of broader new business strategy.
