About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Farmer) to manage and grow strategic client relationships in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) sector. This role focuses on driving account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning our technology and service offerings with the evolving needs of content creators, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and production studios.
Responsibilities
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
- Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
- Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 5+ years in the Media & Entertainment.
- Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
