For our client, we are seeking a Director Business Development Partners Program to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives Design and standardize acquisition playbooks for high-value consignors Develop strategies to maintain and reactivate the existing consignor base Review and approve local event concepts and partnerships Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Supply teams for local events and campaigns Establish and track key performance indicators for community growth Coach teams on follow-ups and relationship management Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in a leadership or people-management role Proven success in scaling business units and hitting aggressive growth milestones Experience in luxury fashion, premium resale, VIP concierge, or high-end sales Willingness to travel to support local teams and audit events (approx. 30%) Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market Benefits Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401K with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Parental Leave 9 Paid Company Holidays Flexible Time Off (With Manager Approval) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
