Responsibilities

  • Build and execute an enterprise-level business development strategy across multiple market segments and global regions
  • Lead and oversee components of business development at a group level or focus area, driving strategic accounts and market segments
  • Establish tactical business development plans driven by corporate strategy and market analysis
  • Make critical strategic decisions regarding market positioning and resource allocation for impactful business development performance
  • Drive enterprise initiatives that align with corporate objectives for sustainable competitive advantage
  • Mentor and develop senior leaders in business development to ensure a robust succession plan

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and full-scope polygraph required
  • 20+ years of experience in the National Security industry; 10+ years in program management for contracts exceeding $100M annually
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or space-related field; MBA preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition strategies and processes
  • Extensive experience across the system development lifecycle from concept design to deployment
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior business and government leaders
