Responsibilities
- Build and execute an enterprise-level business development strategy across multiple market segments and global regions
- Lead and oversee components of business development at a group level or focus area, driving strategic accounts and market segments
- Establish tactical business development plans driven by corporate strategy and market analysis
- Make critical strategic decisions regarding market positioning and resource allocation for impactful business development performance
- Drive enterprise initiatives that align with corporate objectives for sustainable competitive advantage
- Mentor and develop senior leaders in business development to ensure a robust succession plan
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and full-scope polygraph required
- 20+ years of experience in the National Security industry; 10+ years in program management for contracts exceeding $100M annually
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or space-related field; MBA preferred
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition strategies and processes
- Extensive experience across the system development lifecycle from concept design to deployment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior business and government leaders
