Strategy & Architecture
You'll design and evolve Siro's pipeline generation strategy end-to-end, including segmentation, channel mix, messaging frameworks, and conversion optimization. You'll set the vision, define key metrics, and build the operating cadence to achieve them.
Team Building & Talent Development
You'll lead a team of BDRs, recruiting A-players, designing world-class onboarding and development programs, and fostering a culture where strong reps become great sellers who build their careers at Siro.
Cross-Functional Partnership
You'll operate as a peer to Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership, co-owning pipeline quality, influencing go-to-market strategy, and closing the feedback loop between market insights and organizational needs.
Operational Excellence
You'll build the reporting, systems, and experimentation frameworks that reflect pipeline generation as a science. You'll be fluent in funnel math, obsessive about conversion data, and quick to identify and eliminate underperforming initiatives.
Market Presence
You'll represent Siro at industry conferences and events, bringing back competitive intelligence, customer insight, and brand energy.
