- Drive outbound prospecting and relationship-building with new accounts
- Leverage your existing network within top commercial real estate property groups
- Navigate complex sales cycles and close multi-site partnerships
Who You Are
- 7+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience with a focus on commercial real estate
- Proven success in quota attainment through high-activity prospecting and relationship building
- A pre-existing, warm network of senior decision-makers at top CRE property groups
- Proven track record of converting existing CRE relationships into signed, multi-site commercial agreements
- Executive presence and polished communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the opportunity to build something from the ground up
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
