Director Business Customer Development

This position supports our Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Energy sector.

Pay

$104,000–$198,000 (national salary range)

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level customer relationships for profitability and growth
• Hunt for and develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base
• Ensure company profit goals are met
• Focus on revenue and gross profit, customer satisfaction, and pipeline goals (including gross revenue in pipeline, growth against target, and business close ratio)
• Establish client-specific value propositions for outsourced services, performance against stated objectives, business growth, and business consultancy
• Identify profitable business ventures for pursuit
• Engage additional company resources in the pursuit of business
• Develop and meet all specified revenue and pipeline goals
• Utilize strong customer satisfaction skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• MBA (preferred)
• 10+ years Supply Chain experience (preferred)
• 5+ years sales/consulting experience (preferred)
