Director, Business and Revenue Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Business and Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead core business and revenue operations efforts that support growth, planning, and execution across the organization. The Director will partner closely with sales, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen forecasting, improve process discipline, and enable a more efficient operating model. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on turning data and strategic priorities into measurable operational results. The work will also support readiness for new initiatives and help ensure teams have the tools and insights needed to perform at a high level. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Responsibilities Drive the annual strategic operations plan and KPI development Lead major strategic initiatives across the organization Collaborate with finance and sales teams for accurate revenue forecasting Create dashboards to track key performance metrics Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks Manage operational tools supporting sales and revenue teams Ensure operational readiness for new product initiatives Qualifications 7-10 years in business or sales operations, or strategic planning BA/BS in business or a related field; equivalent experience also acceptable Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred Hands-on experience optimizing lead-to-cash processes Proficient in using metrics and KPIs for operational performance Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives Strong analytical and project management skills Benefits Remote-first work culture allowing for flexibility Reimbursement for home office setup costs Collaboration across locations fostering inclusivity Opportunity to work in a results-oriented environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
