Director, Business Analysis And Insights - Negotiations Strategy (GM & Fashion)

Position Summary

The Director of Negotiations Strategy GM & Fashion supports merchant and sourcing efforts to negotiate with suppliers to deliver Walmart's EDLC/EDLP customer promise. This role engages merchants and cross-functional partners to develop strategies for financial metrics and works closely with the transformation organization to drive negotiation capabilities and innovation.

What you'll do...

• Enable GM merchants to know their cost opportunities and achieve them through tools, training, and support.
• Negotiate with suppliers to lower costs, driving growth through the flywheel effect.
• Drive innovation in analytic tools and support to strengthen merchandising capabilities and foster a culture of world-class negotiators.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 5 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
• 7 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• 4 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters: Business Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma - Certification.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
