Director, Benefits Advisory
Overview
Artex is a global leader in alternative risk, and this role gives you the chance to help clients shape benefit strategies that support their goals. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to review needs, spot practical solutions, and keep work moving from onboarding through implementation.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Manage existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on benefit strategy, retention, and growth.
- Review client data, help set savings targets, and recommend solutions that align with each client's needs.
- Build relationships with decision makers, support performance conversations, and work with internal teams to ensure onboarding, supplier implementation, and contract review proceed smoothly.
- Communicate effectively in meetings, on calls, and online, while keeping internal systems updated.
About You
- Required: Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience.
- Understanding of key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends.
- Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Experience building benefit strategies and managing client relationships.
- A track record of working in a team-based environment with internal and external partners.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.
