Responsibilities

• Standardizes systems and identifies efficiencies in nursing practices
• Oversees financial oversight for nursing programs/services
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies
• Designs strategic nursing business initiatives, processes, and communication plans
• Fosters patient, physician, and employee satisfaction through collaborative efforts
• Collaborates with all hospital departments to integrate nursing services, develop service lines, and establish standardized nursing practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment
• Experience in performance improvement, process redesign, and strategic planning
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
