Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve workplace health
- Evaluate and recommend changes to existing policies and practices
- Provide training and education on health and wellness topics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health and wellness management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing health and wellness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of health and wellness best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
