About the role
SHRM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing content creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage content creation across various platforms including social media, blogs, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategy adjustments
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and content management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and content management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with SEO and SEM
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
