About the role
The Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team within Cisco’s Legal department comprises lawyers, program managers, operational and compliance specialists, and subject matter experts focused on ethics and compliance, global trade, telecommunications, environmental, accessibility, human rights, public sector compliance, and other product and industry laws and regulations. The team partners with colleagues across Legal and other functions to drive compliance and impact. This role leads the regional Ethics & Compliance program, strategy, and execution at scale, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on regional matters and managing the Regional Compliance team across EMEA, APJC, and LATAM.
