Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, business-focused legal advice to senior product leaders
- Identify and assess legal risks related to platform evolution
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to create solutions
- Apply legal knowledge to complex marketing use cases across business lines
- Negotiate complex agreements with ad tech vendors and marketing partners
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
- Minimum 5 years as an attorney in law firm, government agency, or as in-house counsel
- At least 3 years focused on privacy product counseling
