Responsibilities
- Support portfolio performance oversight across STACK’s East Region data center assets, including monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key financial and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with finance in maintaining asset-level financial models, including projections, stabilized yield, and ROIC analyses, to identify value creation opportunities and optimize performance.
- Partner with senior team members to shape and execute asset- and portfolio-level strategies that enhance profitability and operational excellence.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to assess performance against business plans and identify variances or improvement areas.
- Create and execute on annual strategic business plans for each asset.
- Collaborate with Finance, Critical Operations, and Property Management on the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform investment, leasing, and operational strategies.
- Support lease administration and other property-level management initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance with lease terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field required.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in asset management, corporate real estate, or financial analysis; data center or infrastructure experience preferred.
- Proven analytical skills with strong understanding of P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
