Director, Analytics Enablement

About the role

The Director, Analytics Enablement supports the collection and activation of analytics data across RAPP client projects, providing consultation and technical solutions to fulfill measurement and reporting goals. This person will architect, document, and maintain tracking architecture, conventions, and taxonomies. Additionally, the Director will act as a resident expert on the collection of accurate data through expertise in a variety of platforms including ESPs, digital media, web analytics, and tag management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection and activation of analytics data across RAPP client projects
• Provide consultation and technical solutions to fulfill measurement and reporting goals
• Architect, document, and maintain tracking architecture, conventions, and taxonomies
• Act as a resident expert on the collection of accurate data through expertise in a variety of platforms including ESPs, digital media, web analytics, and tag management systems

Requirements

• Expertise in a variety of platforms including ESPs, digital media, web analytics, and tag management systems
• Ability to architect, document, and maintain tracking architecture, conventions, and taxonomies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience in data science and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, computer science, or data science
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data science and analytics
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
• Experience with data management and governance practices

• Data analysis and interpretation
• Technical proficiency in data management and analytics tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.

Pay

Dallas: $135,000 - $162,000

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
